If we look at the sea, sometimes we may see waves. If we move this picture on ourselves, we will see that we have waves too. Which ones? Emotional waves-stress, panic, angriness-all are emotions. What's the difference with the sea? It gets calm very fast. We-not. We got used to remain these waves all the time. We prolongate these emotiones, we are swimming in these emotions, we live with these emotions. And this all becomes a lifestyle and it gets normal for us.
Those who are awaken know that its necessarily to calm down the body waves. Our negative emotions are the signals of what we are feeling and what we are attracting now. Everything is an energy. If you allow your emotional waves control you, you will never be the owner of your reality.
How to calm down your emotional waves? Look at the sea again. It calms down fast and easily without reacting on the external irritants. Be the sea.
